I&#8217;m here to tell you that lack of time is no excuse for being fat. <p> I&#8217;m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss.I&#8217;m offering you a miniature training routine that will get the job done while fitting into your busy schedule.</p>
</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to have you do 3 exercise patterns without taking any breaks.You can rest after you have completed one cycle through all three exercises. you can take up to a minute to rest before completing the entire cycle again.</p>
</p>
<p>You&#8217;re going to have to be intense in order to get three of these circuits finished in a quarter hour or less.</p>
<p> Begin by doing some body weight rows, only do them inverted.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don&#8217;t have a bar.</p>
</p>
<p>Pull yourself up until your chest is at the same level as your hands. Lower yourself slowly and then repeat until you can&#8217;t do it any more. You&#8217;ll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.</p>
</p>
<p> As soon as you&#8217;re done with the inverted body rows, you need to move on to do the Bulgarian style split squat. A <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat" target="_blank">weight loss forum</a> is a good place to discuss these exercises.</p>
</p>
<p>While standing on one of your feet and your other one to your rear on a chair, you will get this done. Lower your hips straight down and power backup, allowing your front leg to do the work.  You&#8217;ll feel a good stretch while you are in the down position.</p>

<p>Complete about 20 repetitions on your left and then on your right. Next, you&#8217;re going to end this cycle by doing push-ups with a closed grip.Your arms will do some more work like you did with the rows at the beginning.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With so much pressure time these days, exercising is often one of the first things people cut out.Right now, I will shatter the myth that being in shap requires lots of time spent in the gym every day. <p> I&#8217;m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss.I&#8217;m offering you a miniature training routine that will get the job done while fitting into your busy schedule.<span id="more-119"></span></p>
</p>
<p> You&#8217;ll be doing three exercises with no pauses.You can rest after you have completed one cycle through all three exercises. you can take up to a minute to rest before completing the entire cycle again.</p>
</p>
<p> Make sure you push yourself to get through three complete cycles in fifteen minutes&#8217; time.</p>
<p>Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don&#8217;t have a bar.</p>
</p>
<p> Doing this properly, you will pull your torso up to the bar for as many reps as you can do. You&#8217;ll feel this a lot in your biceps with this exercise.</p>
</p>
<p>When you&#8217;re done with that first exercise, I want you to do some squatting splits. A <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat" target="_blank">weight loss forum</a> is a good place to discuss these exercises.</p>
</p>
<p> To do this exercise, stand on 1 foot and put your back foot on a bench.Your forword thigh should drop downward into the squat and then drive up. You&#8217;re in for a good feeling in your hip as you are in lower posture..</p>

<p> Make sure you do 15 of these on each side.Finally, this circuit and with the push-up done with closed hands. You are going to get some more work done with your biceps like you did in the first exercise.</p>
<p> Just assume normal push-up position but brain your hands a little closer to each other.Perform the pushup until you cannot complete any more of them. Now that you&#8217;ve been through the circuit, take a very short break and go through it two more times.</p>

<p>The following is a routine to use that will keep your mind and body in line with your goals.<span id="more-118"></span> These exercises use you body&#8217;s weight, kettlebells, and dumbbells.Your first exercise combination will be the high jump and presses.</p>

<p>As you start to jump, the goal is to get as far up as you can. Upon landing, you should immediately jump again.</p>
</p>
<p> Do this exercise repeated 6 times and then go straight into military presses.</p>

<p>Rather than doing the presses with a barbell, do them with a dumbbell.A properly done military press will begin with knees bending a little bit as you force the bar overhead.</p>
</p>
<p> With dumbbells, use one and press it upward as you brace your abdominals with the other hand.The next complex of two exercises will match the spit jumping lunge and a knee-up-chinup.</p>
</p>
<p>Get in a stance of squatting splits and then after jumping into the air, change legs. These are great <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises" target="_blank">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t take any breaks in between jumps when you land. When done with the jumping lunges, start doing the chin ups.  Do a regular chin up, only pull your knees to your torso.</p>
</p>
<p> Keep your movement under control as you are lowering yourself: you should really feel your abs.Just don&#8217;t worry about chin-ups if you&#8217;re unable to do them.Finally, pair kettle bell swings with pushups alternating hands off the ground.</p>
</p>
<p> The kettle swings are done holding the bell with both hands and your feet wider than shoulder width.Your thighs should be providing the power for raising the bell, not your arms. Finish this last super-set pair by doing elevated pushups. Elevate one hand about 4&#8243; off the floor and then do a push-up.</p>
<p>Be sure to complete reps for one hand before doing changing hands and repeating.</p>

<p>You&#8217;ll use your body to help you exercise.<span id="more-117"></span> Since there&#8217;s no equipment needed, you won&#8217;t have to try to make it to the fitness center. Contrary to what you read in a <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat" target="_blank">weight loss forum</a>, you can stay fit while your&#8217;re busy.</p>
<p> This routine begins by doing pullups. This is a great exercise for burning fat and you always have your weight with you. Sometimes, though, you don&#8217;t have a bar. If you don&#8217;t have a way to get pullups done, do rows instead. You&#8217;ll still need something to grab, but you might have an easier time finding it.</p>
</p>
<p>Pull yourself up until your chin is above your hands. Lower yourself down slowly by relaxing each arm.</p>
</p>
<p>The row is done as you have your back on the floor and pull yourself up to a beam that crosses above you before slowly relaxing to the floor.</p>
</p>
<p>Do splitting squats next. You&#8217;ll need to do about 15 of these on each side.</p>
<p>With all your weight, step forward while lowering your thighs toward the ground. Do all your reps on one side and then do them for your other side</p>
<p> You can intensify these squats by holding kettlebells as you do them. These are also good <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises" target="_blank">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
</p>
<p> Climbing mountains will mark the end of this workout.The best body position is important for this to be effective. You&#8217;ll start in push-up posture and bring your knee up under your torso and thrust it to start position again.</p>
</p>
<p> Make sure you work each side at least fifteen times, so you&#8217;ll have a total of thirty.After you&#8217;ve gone through this series of exercises, rest for 60 seconds and then go through the series again twice.</p>
